At Amrut Leaf, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality herbal and agro products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food, herbal, and consumable items), returns are accepted only under specific conditions, such as:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product received is defective
- The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Items returned after the specified return window
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
